Are you a transformational technology leader who thrives on turning strategy into execution? Zurich Cover-More is looking for a dynamic technology executive to lead the modernization of our North America technology landscape and play a key role in our global transformation journey.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll be responsible for executing the North America technology roadmap in support of our business strategy and growth ambitions. You'll lead the evolution of our technology capabilities, modernize how we deliver technology, and ensure our platforms, products, and teams are positioned to deliver exceptional outcomes for our partners, customers, and employees. Working closely with global colleagues across Zurich Cover-More and Zurich Insurance Group, you'll help shape the future of how technology enables our business while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and delivery excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
- You'll lead the design and execution of the North America technology roadmap, ensuring technology investments, platforms, and delivery priorities are aligned to North America and global partner business strategies.
- You'll drive the modernization of North America's technology capabilities, including core platforms, customer-facing solutions, data and AI capabilities, and key integrations.
- You'll build and implement a technology execution playbook that accelerates delivery, improves quality, and drives measurable business outcomes.
- You'll transform technology ways of working by strengthening product management, optimizing vendor partnerships, and implementing modern delivery practices across the organization.
- You'll champion AI-enabled DevOps and software delivery practices, embedding modern methodologies for CI/CD, automation, testing, release management, and operational excellence.
- You'll partner closely with the global future-state technology architecture program to support the implementation and adoption of strategic platforms and capabilities across North America.
- You'll advance the application of data and AI to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer and partner experiences.
- You'll build trusted relationships with business leaders, executive stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience, ideally within an insurance carrier, financial services organization, or other highly regulated industry.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation and modernizing technology delivery practices across complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success executing technology roadmaps that directly support business strategy and deliver measurable operational, customer, and commercial outcomes.

Proven success leading organizational transformation within technology organizations, including redesigning operating models, developing talent and leadership capability, enhancing accountability, and embedding modern ways of working at scale.
- Strong experience leading platform modernization initiatives, including legacy technology transformation, cloud adoption, and enterprise platform implementations.
- Deep understanding of modern product management, technology delivery, DevOps, and software development best practices.
- A track record of building high-performing technology teams and creating cultures focused on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with executive leadership, business teams, vendors, and systems integrators.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.

At Zurich Cover-More, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. In compliance with local laws, Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. For more information about our Total Rewards, please click here. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The salary range for this position is $220,000 - $385,000 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 35% and long-term incentive bonus eligibility also set at 35%.
